⚠️ Important Notes
1. Sterilize temperature ≤ 135 °C (Improved type ≤ 155 °C ). If the temperature is over 135 °C, the motor will be damaged.
2. Normal bone drill can only hold drill bits less than 6mm. Acetabulum reaming drill with big torque has an rpm around 300. Canulated drill is used with nail or K wire, with an rpm around 600.
3. The battery needs to be removed from the power tool after surgery. Otherwise, the small automatic discharge of the electricity will shorten the battery life.
4. The battery cannot be sterilized and is not autoclavable.
5. The cranial bur must be washed right after the surgery by purger to avoid blood sticking in the bur, then it should be dried.
6. The battery space in the handpiece of the tool should not contain any water after sterilization.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the sterilization limit for the E100 system?
The handpiece and attachments can be autoclaved up to a temperature of 135 °C (improved type up to 155 °C) at 1.6Mpa. Exceeding this temperature limit may damage the imported motor.
Can the battery be sterilized or autoclaved?
No, the battery is not autoclavable and cannot be sterilized. Always remove the battery from the handpiece after surgery.
What is the warranty period for this electric surgical system?
We offer a 2-year warranty for the whole machine and the motor, and a 3-month warranty for the battery and other fast-consumption items.
Why must the battery be removed immediately after surgery?
Leaving the battery inside the handpiece allows small automatic electrical discharges to occur, which will shorten the overall lifespan of the battery.
What are the speed ranges of the key chuck and reaming attachments?
The Key Chuck operates at a speed range of 0-1200rpm with a torque of 3.5NM, while the Reaming Attachment operates at 0-400rpm with a torque of 10NM.
How should the cranial bur be maintained after procedures?
The cranial bur must be washed immediately after surgery using a purger to avoid blood sticking to it, and then it must be thoroughly dried. Additionally, ensure the battery chamber in the handpiece remains dry post-sterilization.
