Warranty for the whole machine is 1 year, for the motor is 2 years, and for the battery and other fast consumption items is 3 months.

The sterilizing temperature must not exceed 135 °C (improved types can handle up to 155 °C). Exceeding these limits will cause damage to the motor.
No. The battery is not autoclavable and cannot be sterilized. Make sure to remove the battery from the handpiece immediately after the surgery is completed.
We offer a 1-year warranty for the whole machine, a 2-year warranty for the motor, and a 3-month warranty for the battery and other fast-consumption items.
The cranial bur must be washed right after the surgery with a purger to avoid blood sticking inside, and then dried. Since the medical stainless steel blade is flexible and not extremely hard to avoid breaking, it is recommended to use each blade for only one surgery.
The standard bone drill operates with drill bits under 6mm. The high-torque acetabulum reaming drill runs at around 300 rpm, while the canulate drill used with nails or K-wires runs at around 600 rpm.
Leaving the battery in the handpiece will lead to auto-discharging, which significantly shortens the lifespan of the battery.
