What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test market our products. We can offer free samples, but freight costs are covered by the buyer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. But please note this may take a slightly longer time for custom development and delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we have stock for cataloged products, which are replenished monthly depending on sales volume. Please contact our support team for real-time inventory updates. For payments <= 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
